Concert:

Report time for students is 6:15-6:29pm  The PTSA meeting starts at 7pm followed by the concert.

Women – Black or white blouse/sweater, black dress pants, Black dress shoes.

Men – White dress shirt (collared), solid black long neck tie, black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes.

Music is in the main building/retirement home.   Parking lot is located off High Point Rd for guest parking

Music will begin at 2:30.   Refreshments (cookies, juice) will be provided.

Greetings,

This year’s Jamestown Christmas Parade will be Sunday, December 4.  The parade route is from the Jamestown Town Hall to Jamestown Elementary School.  Students will first come to RHS (bandroom) to change into uniforms and get instruments.  Don’t forget FLIP FOLDERS!!!   Parents are responsible for ensuring that all students have rides to and from the parade, as we will not be taking a group bus.  After the parade, all uniforms will need to be brought back to RHS (at truck, NOT bandroom) so they can be collected and cleaned.

Schedule:

1:30-2:15pm – Meet at RHS, change into uniform at RHS, get instruments, (parents wait while         students change so that they can drive them over to town hall).

2:15 – ALL MEMBERS MUST BE IN PLACE IN FRONT OF JAMESTOWN TOWN HALL (Students are responsible for securing rides to the town hall…there will no buses)

3:00pm – Start of the parade

4:00pm (approx.) – All students picked up at Jamestown Elementary School, bring uniform back to RHS.
